We conduct our projects and best practices under the guiding principle of a “People First” approach. Shamser Knit Fashions Ltd. has actively engaged in projects addressing environmental, social, ethical, and global development goals. We strongly believe that businesses must operate with a sustainable corporate approach that goes beyond company and national requirements to embrace global perspectives. Our philosophy of sustainability is long-term, aligning our efforts with social and environmental programs. We hold that all people, regardless of location, deserve their rights to be honored in every environmental and social matter while the business thrives competitively. We are mindful of air emissions and diligently manage our water footprint to prevent environmental contamination. We believe in giving back to the world as it gives to us.
For the safety and security of our employees, we have implemented comprehensive measures. All buildings are interconnected, including rooftops, to enable easy evacuation in case of emergencies. We actively support the health and education of the children of our workers and staff. Special focus is placed on training programs, particularly regarding health and production-related issues, including the HER+ project for female workers and the HIS Project for male workers. Training on nutrition and childcare is provided, and 24-hour hospital and ambulance services are available for workers, staff, and employees, along with free medical support from affiliated nearby hospitals.
We are wholeheartedly committed to continuing our social, environmental, ethical, and global responsibilities and to promoting sound business principles aligned with the UN Global Goals within our community.

Corporate
Sustainability
A new movement embracing Corporate Sustainability is gaining worldwide attention. It integrates three key perspectives—economic, human, and ecological sustainability. Driven by vision, commitment, leadership, and comprehensive systems, Corporate Sustainability has become essential for reducing costs, managing risks, innovating products, and driving fundamental internal change. Guided by the same philosophy, Shamser Knit Fashions Ltd. has been steadfastly committed to sustainability for over 20 years.
- The Corporate Sustainability (CS) Department analyzes findings from company operations and best practices both locally and internationally, advocating for necessary improvements.
- The CS Department closely monitors our backward linkage—from knitting to finishing; forward linkage—from idea conception, R&D, fashion design to sample preparation; and supporting departments including HR, training, administration, accounts, IT, cost control, marketing, and merchandising.
- Additionally, the CS Department conducts research on national and international trends, continuously surveys raw materials, latest machinery, technologies, and modern corporate management concepts, recommending appropriate measures across all three pillars of sustainability. This drives Shamser Knit Fashions Ltd.’s ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.
